*IMPORTANT* Anyone driving golf cart must be 18 years or older. By reading this and accepting this booking, you acknowledge that you are fully liable for any and all injuries or damages incurred to you or others and their property while using cart during the stay. The cart CANNOT be taken outside of the resort, and should be primarily used to go to and from the beach access by the front gate only. Can also be used around resort area, but must be part in the appropriate Golf Cart areas. Golf Cart also CANNOT be parked on front lawn as a fine will be placed from the HOA that you will be responsible for. To make room for two vehicles, you can park the golf cart horizontally in front or back of your vehicles between the two lots as permitted by the HOA. PLEASE REMEMBER TO PUT KEY BACK IN LOCKBOX WHEN FINISHED AND SCRAMBLE THE CODE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COST OF KEY IF IT IS LOST. When coming through the gate, please DO NOT stop once the pole has opened as it is on a timer and could close on your vehicle. Pull through and then chat with the attendant if needed. We are NOT responsible for any damages done to your vehicle by resort gate. Also if you have any extra vehicles beyond the two, it is recommended you park them at the secure Park and Pay lot at 11135 Front Beach Road. It’s just down the road and they charge a nominal daily fee. We are pet friendly! But all pets need to be added on in booking and are subject to a $50 cleaning fee. There is a two pet maximum. PLEASE be sure to put any and all pet food and sealed containers so that it does not encourage any pests in the house. Leftover pet food outside of containers can result in additional cleaning or pest control fees. It is rare we can offer early check-in due to the high volume turnover of stays that we have and needing to ensure a professional clean in between stays; but you are welcome to ask! Also, please note that check out is 10 AM sharp, and if you are not fully checked out of the unit by then you will be subject to a late checkout fee. Please DO NOT eat food in non designated eating areas in home (i.e. bedrooms, bathrooms, etc) as it may result in additional cleaning fees. This can cause unwarranted bug activity as Florida is a pest prevalent state. Lastly, if for any reason you feel cleanliness is no up to standard upon check in, please notify us immediately with photo/video proof showing your concern and it will be addressed. Our cleaning company is local in the neighborhood and takes pride in their service and would like the chance to make it right. If a complaint is not made until after completion of the stay, we will not have that chance so there will be nothing we can do.
